These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Solas Artwork online shop.

All products offered are handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces. Small variations in colour, texture or surface are part of the handcrafted nature of the products and do not constitute a defect.

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).

The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.

All goods remain the property of Solas Artwork until payment has been made in full.

Swiss law applies.

To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered place of business of Solas Artwork.
